- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our regular diagnostic fee is $65 and our CABS Comfort Club Membership is $14.50 a month which includes quite a lot. We make it as simple as possible when pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly office staff will take or make the call to the customer to gather basic information needed to schedule out one of our home comfort specialists. Once the appointment is scheduled the next step is for our specialist to visit your home whether it is to complete a repair or to give a free estimate on a system replacement. After the visit the information is back in the office from where we send you an emailed receipt of the work completed or send you an estimate of the recommended work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our field team completes a safety training on a consistent basis as well as their work related training to keep up with the industries latest and greatest. Our office team has an ongoing training on new financing options as well as different program to make things run smoothly for both our office and the customers.
