ProFlex service saved the day! My dryer went out Thursday evening, I requested service and almost instantly, Vitalii replied, and was out for diagnosis Friday afternoon. He diagnosed quickly, and surely that it was a heater element failure (in and out in 20-30 minutes for diag) after we agreed on the price of the repair, he stated he would order parts and provide a better ETA Monday (parts distributors were closed for the weekend). Tentatively, we planned for Monday afternoon. I had to cancel because I had prior plans with family, but Vitalii was diligent and flexible with working around my schedule. After finding out the parts distributors website was wrong (showed up to purchase the parts, but they did not have the parts in stock even though their website listed 1 in stock) Vitalii went above and beyond urgently trying to find the correct part, and did so successfully. Tuesday afternoon he shows up, fixes the problem by replacing the heater element, and voila, problem solved. As a Mobile mechanic at a Ford Dealer, I recognize and appreciate quality customer service, ATTENTIVE Diagnosis, and clean, thorough repairs. THANK YOU PRO FLEX SERVICE!
