I met with Joe re a minor incident that easily could've been brushed aside. There was not a lot of time or money involved. Communication with Joe was immediate. He was on top of my case from start to finish. Probably one year and a half later I needed to contact Joe re the case. I emailed him and within one day he replied- on the weekend!
Bottom line Joe is a lawyer that is available, he's hands on and no case is unimportant. He is not a typical lawyer.

I had an employer that clearly was not being truthful when I was going to receive my overdue salary. Since we're a startup, I had to take face value of the next cycle that investors would put money into the company. Over time, this became a means to string me along without a solid date. Joe immediately engaged my employer with the punitive consequences; this motivated the employer to conclude a long overdue cycle of missed payments. Joe concluded this matter very expeditiously and professionally.
