FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work. Smaller jobs are usually charged hourly, while larger projects are quoted as a fixed price. I always try to give a clear estimate before starting so there are no surprises. If the job can be simplified or materials can be saved, I’ll always suggest that option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask a few questions and review photos if available. This helps me understand the scope and give a rough estimate. If needed, I can visit the site to confirm details. Once everything is clear, we schedule the work and I complete the job as efficiently as possible while keeping the workspace clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work in construction, home repairs, electrical fixtures, plumbing installations, drywall, and general property maintenance. Over the years I’ve worked on many different types of projects, which helped me develop practical problem-solving skills.
