- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a 2-person crew which geta us in and out much quicker so that you can get back to work or relaxing. If you need a more detailed quote than you have received here I am always happy to assist.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time I work with a new client at their residence it often takes a bit longer to familiarize myself with their home and their family. because of that I usually allow for an additional 30 to 60 minutes. on that first visit I'd like to have my client review my work as I move from room to room so that I am immediately learning how they would like their home cleaned and in which order I should move through the home to best fit into the family's day-to-day life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and skill set are unique and diverse. I believe that the amount of life experience I have had gives me the ability to provide excellent customer service to a wide variety of individuals. the ultimate training that I have had comes from my mother. she is all about the details and you will see that in my work.
