- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost breakdown of my services are simple. For the personal chef service, it is an hourly rate plus the cost of groceries. For the one on one classes, it is an hourly rate which includes all of the food that we will cook.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will always continue to take additional classes and seminars. I would really like to become skilled in gastronomy so I can add even more elegance to my food with science!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This line of work found me. I have been teaching all my life and hosting dinner parties all my life so I finally decided to put the two together and make my passion my career.
