We are experts in both pressure washing and softwashing and have the ability to perform either one, or both, on every job. Many times pressure washing is the worst choice! (roofs, homes, buildings). Sometimes it's the best choice (patios/decks, driveways, walkways). Often, we do both, so not only do we clean, but the surfaces we touch are also sanitized. This means the results look better and also stay cleaner 4-6 times longer than regular pressure washing alone.

Steve at Coastal softwash was great. He was responsive, professional, and informative. He helped us clean our clay tile roof and gave us some great tips on continuing to maintain the tiles going forward. He responded immediately, quickly got us on his schedule, and showed up on time.
