Hi! My name is Michelle, I recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a Behavioral Neuroscience major and a minor in Spanish. I served as a Spanish tutor at my university and have continued tutoring students as I apply to medical school during my gap period. It was a great experience learning with such an experienced teacher like Michelle! She made me feel very comfortable in tackling difficult grammar and vocabulary. I’ve gained a lot of confidence going forward in my series of Spanish classes from intermediate to advanced with her. Would recommend to anyone in need of a Spanish tutor!

Michelle tutored me for high school Spanish when I was extremely confused about grammar rules that should be used such as the subjunctive. She is very patient and great at breaking things down to a simpler level and making them clear. My favorite thing about Michelle is that she is able to explain things in multiple ways, which is super helpful.

I am so thrilled that I found an incredible tutor who understands my needs and equips me with the skills and tools to meet my goals. Michelle has a gift of encouraging and supporting me through our collaborative tutoring sessions and I really value the ways that she uses my strengths to help me grasp the concepts I struggle with. Michelle makes the most of our time together to have me explain things and then walks me through the concepts in a different way so that I can see things from different perspectives. She is so great and I highly recommend Michelle as a tutor!!
