- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and we do offer a 10% discount on new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will identify the issue and let you know what it cost to correct. We do have a $75 service call but if you get the work done through us we will waive it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once we complete work we do educate our customers on how to prevent it again.
