I work for an hourly rate of $20/hour or sometimes I'll quote a flat fee. Pricing is negotiable from situation to situation.

I am constantly reading articles and attending webinars to stay up to date and learn more about my profession.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always good with technology since high school when I would help all of my teachers with their computers and software programs. I just stuck with it, and I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with people who need help.
