- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have the same overhead that other companies do. We are a family owned and operated company with no salesmen. We do all of our own sales and installations. Your product goes strait from the manufacturer to your home. We do not have a huge warehouse to afford, we do our best to save our clients as much of their money as we can. Jared, is an honest and direct contractor who prides himself on perfect installations done right the first time. Jared has 18 years of installations he has completed. He makes sure you know exactly what your purchasing including the pros and cons of each product you are curious about.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My specialty is arches, I have the unique ability to design custom window coverings and when it comes to installation it’s smooth and looks fantastic. I can put a shutter on just about any shaped windows or there are, I have yet to come across a window that I couldn’t put a window covering on.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Think about quality. You want window coverings that are going to suit your style as well as last a long time. My manufacturer makes all of their products extremely durable, heat and water resistant (on shutters), and provide a product that I can stand by. Many window covering companies try to save a dollar by providing a product that may look good at first but don’t last long. My product is guaranteed to look good on installation and in ten plus years. I refuse to sell a product that isn’t the best on the market. Yes, you may spend a little more than with other companies but I can assure you the price difference is due to product cost not because of over inflated labor costs. I offer lifetime warranties included in all of my prices and I offer free estimates. Remember when a company offers a warranty to explore how long the warranty is good for. They say lifetime but remember that’s the lifetime of the product, so how long is the life of the product you are purchasing? Or is the warranty truly for a lifetime. Ask the person who is at your house if they are commission based. That will tell you if the price is going to be inflated with added costs. We don’t charge for shipping in most cases however for the odd windows sometimes there’s a small shipping charge. All of our products are made here in the US. We keep our prices fair and we try our best to save our customers some of their hard earned dollars.
