- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are here to Service them. We work for you. We give great Advise. we listen carefully on your special request in your home or apartments. and no one understand the cost of loading a truck or pod in terms of the money you were spending. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure we can move everything in the house or Apartment inside Uhaul Truck or Uhaul small boxes, the Pot, trailer in a load situation. We look thru the entry home. to determine off there is enough room to place the items. In cases a lot of items are not going to fit, therefore we have to make adjustments on what important to go. This can be very emotional, but must be deal with right in away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is deeper than any education can provide. Moving since 1968 give me the GREATEST understand about people treasures in their home. Since I am a Baby Boomer person my Clients can relate to me , because I see value in all things, where is Younger person has never seen this antique, precious I items hand down through generation. How important to handle them. and when it comes to protecting their China cabinet no one does it better in terms of protecting their glasses inside your china cabinet. We wrap up better than anyone in the business, whereby Young people, most will never own one,, therefore can understand your value. You need someone in your home with top experience. I have 51 years of that.My crew members understand the important of all this.
