- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on a hourly rate, our quotes are based on estimated time. We charge 3% on credit card transactions and offer 10% discount on our hourly rate if paid by cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we address the purposed of the call and determine which tech is best qualified to do a site visit. Once on site we try to repair the issue or make recommendations for what is required.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide comeplete sales, service and installation of surround sound systems, running of cables in the wall, TV mounting, security cameras, whole home audio, universal remote control systems and outdoor entertainment systems. All of our systems are designed to fit the clients needs, wants and budget. Everything we do is customized for the client.
