FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing that includes labor, fuel, and dump fees—no hidden charges. Every job has a $100 minimum, and stairs or large/heavy items may carry a small additional fee. I offer discounts for seniors, military, and repeat customers. You’ll always know the total before the job starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with clear communication. I ask for photos, address any questions, and give a firm quote upfront—no surprises. From there, I show up on time, walk through the job with the customer, and get it done fast and clean. I always follow up afterward to make sure they’re happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from real-world experience—running a farm, operating equipment, welding, and solving problems on the fly. I’ve also been certified in welding and machinery operation, which gives me a strong mechanical background for heavy-duty jobs.
