Their organizational skills were truly exceptional—everything felt coordinated, efficient, and carefully planned. The way they packed and arranged the U-Haul was genuinely impressive; it looked like a piece of Jenga art, which made the whole process feel both secure and expertly managed. What stood out Exceptional organizational skills and clear execution throughout the move. Highly polite and respectful with great communication. Efficient and flexible—they kept things moving while still adapting as needed. Professional demeanor with service “with a smile”, which made a busy day feel easier. They were very kind and respectful, though I personally wasn’t sure how I felt about being called “Ma’am.” That said, their overall professionalism, courtesy, and competence were consistent and made a strong impression.
