DO NOT HIRE JOHN!!!!!!!! If I could give zero starts to John I would. We hired him for our proposal to do photo and video for us. At first, he was super nice and attentive leading up to the proposal and at the proposal. We asked for sneak peak photos and he provided it to us a little over a week later but they barely had any photo of us. It was mostly photos of our friends and family. We still didn’t mind and were super patient but we haven’t received anything. It’s been 5 months now and he’s completely ghosted us. He promised us hundreds of photos and we’ve yet to receive anything. We’ve texted him numerous times and at first he’d take a few days to respond and come up with an excuse for the delay. We’ve texted again and again but he has provided no response. I even messaged him on Instagram and he read the message but didn’t reply. We are incredibly sad and heart broken as this was the most special day of our lives. We trusted John and his team and they’ve completely shattered our hearts as we’ll never have the memory of this beautiful day. Do NOT book with him. Go with any other vendor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let’s compile a mood board prior to meeting and get a visual representation of what you would like to accomplish. Really simple just collect about 10 photos on Pinterest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years worth of education. I studied at Brooks institute and LA Film school.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this industry after I was inspired by movies. After high school I went and studied film for a few years but I found still photography to be more fitting. Especially minimal photography.
