Our Head Chef is Chef Steven Moore, He is an Award Winning Food Network Chef. Some of you may have seen him on the Hit Television Show, “Chopped” as well as “Supermarket Stakeout” Season 2, Episode 7 with the amazing Alex Guarnaschelli & The Legendary Bobby Flay. His mission is to provide excellent food & service for a price that will fit your budget. You may know some of our most recent celebrity clients such as: Comedian, Actor and Television Host Jay Leno, as well as Singer, Songwriter and Multi-Instrumentalist, Justin Bieber. We have also been featured on the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
One of Chef Steven Moore’s biggest accomplishments:
Receiving His Degree In Culinary Science. Getting the chance to study abroad in Florence Italy for 3 months as well as Thailand for 3 months while cooking side by side with some of the best chefs in the world. His goal was to study & learn about food from different cultures and backgrounds and to master the art of Culinary. Mission accomplished! :)

Chef Steven and his crew are phenomenal! The food was beyond expectations. Everything was beautifully presented. The combination of flavors and textures were so pleasing to the senses. Not to mention that taste of everything being cooked to perfection. Chef Steven and his crew brought an element of class and sophistication to my event. Not only is his food superb his personality and professionalism are a treat within itself. I will be using his service in the future and can’t wait to see the great heights his career will bring him!

Steven and his crew were absolutely amazing!
I hired them to cater my 60th birthday celebration for two back-to-back events, and they exceeded every expectation. The food, presentation, and service were all fantastic. I highly recommend Steven for any event — professional, seamless, and truly exceptional!

We hired Steven Moore for my wife‘s birthday party. He’s great to work with, showed up exactly as promised, met every expectation, very personable, and the food was fantastic. His food and especially the peach meatballs were talked about the whole night, and dessert was great too. We highly recommend!

10/10! Chef Steven and his sous chef Lanita were awesome. The food was amazing, the presentation was so nice and they were very kind and friendly. I would recommend over and over again. They came to a vacation rental in San Diego and made a special birthday dinner for my dad's 70th. I really made the night special. Thanks again so much !

Our prices are unmatchable, the happiness of our customers is definitely our first priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process will be to email or message us with event details and budget. We will then create a custom menu based on your food preferences, after agreeing to a menu & price, our team will send over a one page contract and your all set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
