Kate is an awesome trainer and person. Not only does she keep me accountable and honest but she motivates myself and now my daughter. It's more than just losing weight it's about emotional and mental shape as well. Kate is the perfect fit for my family and my journey.

My husband and I have been working with Kate for a month now and have always had a different and challenging workout each time we meet with her! She is also very knowledgeable about fitness techniques and nutrition! Kate has never been late or cancelled a session and is always very professional and motivating as well!!

Kate is awesome! She's very knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, and really good about adapting workouts to compensate for injuries/recovery. I've mostly worked with her in personal training sessions, but the boot camps I've attended are great too! One of the best things about her training sessions is that she always mixes up the workouts, to keep your muscles challenged and your brain engaged. She's a blast to talk to, too!
