Excellent experience. Snaked under my house, explained what he was doing as well as how to prevent the issue from recurring, and showed me how to do it myself in the future if i buy the tools. He also let me pick his brain on future projects, and even came back next day for a different job. Im glad that I finally found my plumber to call
