Sean and the team at The Attic Cats were absolutely amazing! I hired them to clean out the attic of my 40-year-old home before putting it on the market. Decades of remodeling and previous pest issues had left the space looking horrific. Even though my agent said it wasn't a dealbreaker, I wanted peace of mind knowing the job was done right for the next owners. Sean was professional from the start, promising to reach every corner of my multiple attic spaces—and he delivered! While most sellers show off new paint or lighting, I was honestly most proud of my sparkling clean, newly insulated attic. They even managed to sanitize a tiny, "unreachable" crawl space that I thought was a lost cause. My house is now on the market and receiving multiple offers. I don't know enough about attics and HVAC systems to confidently say what needs maintenance, repairs, or replacement, so I rely on experts in the area to make an informed decision. I got inspections from a few different companies. One tried to sell me on a whole slew of services quoting over $6500, including a full replacement of the insulation and made it seem like my attic was at risk of a rodent infestation citing a zoomed in picture they say was a dead rodent. Sean of the Attic Cats did a thorough inspection and gave me a what I think is an honest assessment. He said the insulation was fine and there were no rodents in the attic (no telltale signs). Out of three inspectors, he was the only one who went to the far corners of the attic to get a closer look at things. Unlike the other company, he didn't try to exaggerate or mislead me on the state of my attic to make an easy buck. I informed him of what the other company was proposing to 'restore' my attic and improve my HVAC, and he could have concurred and given me a lower quote. I didn't end up hiring a pro at all, but just wanted to leave this note of praise here for Sean.
