Sean was great! He quickly got up into the attic searching for the dead rat. Although he wasn't able to find it, he identified all the potential holes into attic where rats could be getting in and pinpointed the likely location of the dead rat. He told me what to do for repellent and even gave me some wire mesh for filling the holes. Overall great experience, super helpful and friendly. And totally free! Highly recommend

Sean is amazing! I had an urgent rodent problem and he came by within hours to take care of it. He’s also very kind and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him!
Sean and the team at The Attic Cats were absolutely amazing! I hired them to clean out the attic of my 40-year-old home before putting it on the market. Decades of remodeling and previous pest issues had left the space looking horrific. Even though my agent said it wasn't a dealbreaker, I wanted peace of mind knowing the job was done right for the next owners.
Sean was professional from the start, promising to reach every corner of my multiple attic spaces—and he delivered! While most sellers show off new paint or lighting, I was honestly most proud of my sparkling clean, newly insulated attic. They even managed to sanitize a tiny, "unreachable" crawl space that I thought was a lost cause.
