Steven came exactly on time, and communicated with me throughout the morning. My original issue changed to something else before Steve arrived but he was still able to fix it immediately. Steve also gave me some valuable tips about my printer options and showed me the correct placement of my printer cable. Very professional and very personable!

Super nice guy - answered a lot of questions I had about my printer and warned me about HP instant ink subscription printers. Although I didn't have the oppertunity to use his services (because my printer was outdated) he was very helpful and if in the future I need his services, I will for sure be contacting him!
