Steven Figueroa is definitely the guy you want to call for printer sales and service. He responds quickly, is experienced and knowledgeable and is a total professional. He is a pleasure to work with and will answer any questions you have regarding printers. My printer needed a fuser replaced and it is now working perfectly. Steven did a 10/10 job in resolving the issue with my Office Jet printer/scanner. He was on time, very professional, and very thorough.
