Steven Figueroa is definitely the guy you want to call for printer sales and service. He responds quickly, is experienced and knowledgeable and is a total professional. He is a pleasure to work with and will answer any questions you have regarding printers. My printer needed a fuser replaced and it is now working perfectly. He was also punctual and delivered great value/reasonable pricing. I will be recommending Steven to anyone looking to either purchase or repair their printer. Five stars!

Steven did a 10/10 job in resolving the issue with my Office Jet printer/scanner. He was on time, very professional, and very thorough. He had all the necessary equipment and parts with him, which meant that the problem was fixed right away. He got my small business up and running in no time, with lots of helpful advice on how to get the most out of my printer/scanner. Contacted Steve to help me with a new printer. He arrived with 45 minutes of that call (he rearranged his schedule to help me) and when spending 30 to 45 minutes in a waiting room to see some doctors or any business agents, you know how rare and wonderful it is to get same day service, which exceptionally well.
