Steve did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained what was wrong with my printer. He educated me on how to use it properly and on common problems that can occur. He was friendly and punctual. I will definitely recommend his company for its efficiency and professionalism.

Steven responded to my request quickly. I was having a printer crisis at 1 am trying to finish a project and he was able to meet me later that morning. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the first part of the problem on site and then took the printer to repair the second part. This was on a Wednesday morning and by Friday evening, he had the printer repaired. I highly recommend Steven. He is efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. I’m definitely keeping his card in file and will refer him to colleagues and friends.

Steven Figueroa is definitely the guy you want to call for printer sales and service. He responds quickly, is experienced and knowledgeable and is a total professional. He is a pleasure to work with and will answer any questions you have regarding printers. My printer needed a fuser replaced and it is now working perfectly. This is the third time I'm leaving a review so I hope that the other two went through. Steve was excellent and explained everything as he assessed the problems that I was experiencing with my printer. Didn't take too long and the problem was fixed. Definitely will call again.
