I was looking for someone to install the new printer/copier I had purchased; not knowing who to turn too I went on the Nextdoor app and saw Elite Printer Service Inc. I read the reviews and Steven was highly regarded so I reached out and I'm so glad I did. Steven responded in a very timely manner and I was able to set up a time for the next morning. He showed up when he said he would, he was so friendly, personable and got right to work! Steven hooked the printer up in way less time than I anticipated, filled it with paper, checked that it was printing correctly and then made sure I was able to print off all my devices. Payment time comes and I was happily surprised at how reasonable Steven was; again, I had anticipated it to be different, higher. Great value to cost! When needing a service it's not easy to find someone you immediately feel confident in and trust to let into home however I am so relieved and HAPPY I took a chance with Elite Printer Service/Steven. It was such a good experience and it's wonderful to know who to call if ever a need arises with the kind of "stuff" I normally would as my grandson to fix😄. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Printer Service/Steven, you will not be disappointed!

I had a stellar experience yesterday with Steve, from Elite Printer Services, Inc. Steve called me within 15 minutes of posting my printing issues. We chatted briefly - he understood my "issue," and was able to come out in the afternoon. Arrived on time as well. I found Steve extremely knowledgeable—also, really good at explaining and answering my questions. In addition, he is a super nice person. My pringer problems got resolved, and I felt so relieved. He even checked in with me later to make sure that everything was working. Look no further. He's great.

Steven earned all 5 choices. He arrived during a busy day yet sat down and analyzed my printer problem within 3 minutes I’m sure. I wasn’t timing him but saw how quickly he went to the crux of the problem. The printer works beautifully. He had a suggestion for another manner to connect the printer to the computer which I will do if the printer has a different problem. Steven was clear in explaining the issues and how they were resolved. I highly recommend him and will call on him again myself,,,, no need to look for anyone else.

Super nice guy - answered a lot of questions I had about my printer and warned me about HP instant ink subscription printers. Although I didn't have the oppertunity to use his services (because my printer was outdated) he was very helpful and if in the future I need his services, I will for sure be contacting him! Thanks for your help and advice!!

Steve was fantastic! I was nervous about starting fresh with a new printer and having to relearn everything, but he made it easy. He explained how to use it in clear, simple terms I could actually understand. I highly recommend him—and he's a lot of fun, too!
