This is the third time I'm leaving a review so I hope that the other two went through. Steve was excellent and explained everything as he assessed the problems that I was experiencing with my printer. Didn't take too long and the problem was fixed. Definitely will call again.

Steven responded to my request quickly. I was having a printer crisis at 1 am trying to finish a project and he was able to meet me later that morning. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the first part of the problem on site and then took the printer to repair the second part. This was on a Wednesday morning and by Friday evening, he had the printer repaired. I highly recommend Steven. He is efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. I’m definitely keeping his card in file and will refer him to colleagues and friends.
