I have an older HP laser printer that hadn’t been serviced since I’ve owned it. It was making odd noises at startup and when printing. Steven was very prompt replying to my message and set up an appointment for the next morning. He proved to be very knowledgeable about my printer and laser printers in general. Thankfully the strange noises didn’t appear to be anything more than a fairly minor issue with the cartridge, which Steven quickly diagnosed and resolved. He also did a full check of the machine and cleaned it up. I was grateful and relieved that my HP didn’t need more substantial repairs done, but if that does come up in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to give Steven a call.
