Contacted Steve to help me with a new printer. He arrived with 45 minutes of that call (he rearranged his schedule to help me) and when spending 30 to 45 minutes in a waiting room to see some doctors or any business agents, you know how rare and wonderful it is to get same day service, which exceptionally well. Steven did a 10/10 job in resolving the issue with my Office Jet printer/scanner. He was on time, very professional, and very thorough. He had all the necessary equipment and parts with him, which meant that the problem was fixed right away. He got my small business up and running in no time, with lots of helpful advice on how to get the most out of my printer/scanner. Steven responded to my request quickly. I was having a printer crisis at 1 am trying to finish a project and he was able to meet me later that morning. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the first part of the problem on site and then took the printer to repair the second part. This was on a Wednesday morning and by Friday evening, he had the printer repaired. I highly recommend Steven. He is efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. I’m definitely keeping his card in file and will refer him to colleagues and friends.
