hello i’m a real twin and a ♊️ gemini. plus i’m a real electrician. i’m great at troubleshooting problems and fast at new construction. i usually ask the client what the job is worth to them and i try to charge that and if it goes OT i wont hit you with costly rate or hidden fees. id rather have you recommend me to someone else. i have 10 years experience in the union. and i can read complex shop drawing or contract drawings. to get the job done per plan per spec //to code. that way if someone wants to change it again they’ll have to pay you for her extras and add ons. that’s right if you sub me out i can work on union sites and close punch list. but if it’s your home or apartment i’ll still give you those handy man discounts but pro skill level . any size job is perfect for me. from a single outlet to a 10 floor hospital, i’m the right sparky for the job

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
your best offer , if my hourly wage of 45$ hour to exspensive make me a offer. that’s for a days wage or a weeks wage. smaller jobs i’ll do piece work or charge by the job or what it’s worth to you. just be honest with what you’ll like to spend and if i’m happy with that i’ll take it. but some folks don’t know what to charge for so then time material. most men charge 3 times what they think it’ll be. i’ll just charge 1x. and if we go over for unexpected conditions we’ll i’ll give you the price right away and won’t charge extra because client has no other option. i’ll be easy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well i’ll note exactly what the customer wants then i wont bother them with questions on what or how something should get done , i don’t need any help from the customer he can just relax with respect to the 6 feet personal space covid rule or even just chill in another room i wont need any help. only if i need to pick something like a type or color ect . that’s the only bother you’ll get from me now. i’ll simplify and make it easy and productive. i’m the type man that’s not so fast that the quility suffers no no not me. i’ll take my time- and maintain a efficient pace that i’ll hit every wall in the room with an already agreed ed upon plan and just push till the job is done. i’ll make sure i’ve completed the checklist and any concerns you might have. my aim is to close a job with the customer happy and i will work with you while letting you know what i need to do the job fast .my goal is to make sure your happy with what’s be done. and i wont leave until your satisfied.

—10 union experience. working on union jobs schools hospitals and airports with architect s 5-years experience Residential new/old construction electrical work mainly some low voltage security systems plus locksmith ing and camera system s basically smart home setups
