When a customer contacts me, I first ask a few quick questions to understand their situation — type of lock, location, and urgency. Then I give a clear estimate and arrival time. I always confirm before coming and make sure the customer understands the service and total cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional locksmith training focused on residential, commercial, and automotive systems, including rekeying, installation, and electronic locks. I continue learning new tools and lock technologies to stay up to date.
