I worked with Coach Stu to help me lose weight. He is super knowledgeable regarding fitness and diet for your exact body type. After every workout, I felt like I would need a rest day. I had the privilege of taking a self-defense class with Coach Stu and living in the valley I had heard about him and he had a good reputation. From beginning to end Coach Stu was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about self-defense.
