There were a few changes on our part to the start date of the job within a week of the original start date, but ultimately it settled on a certain date and Eric from Golden Hammer assured me that he would be able to cover this job for us. The day of the job came and he/whoever he dispatched to cover this never showed up to the job site and we had to tell our client that we had a failure on our end. There was no heads up or communication the day before/day of for the failure to show up for the scheduled job. When attempting to call Eric during that day to see if they were running late and then afterwards to see what happened to cause the failure, he did not respond and has not reached out to me since. I hope everything is ok with him and such but this was a very unprofessional way of handling things.
