May I add my huge appreciation for the stellar job Steve did on my Natomas house. He works very hard and fast. Every aspect of the contract was impeccable: estimate, arrival time, attitude, perfect invisible repairs, protection of all my belongings, completed under promised time, thorough clean up, plus his forthright friendliness and honesty. Repairs, acoustic removal, cracks in drywall,small holes and large, new construction, nail or screw pops in ceilings
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure its all put in writing. And dont give a down payment on a small job. Sign the contract and make sure the contractor signs it also.
