There is not enough to be said about my experience with Nordia Daley. I’d been many years behind on filing my personal and business taxes, thus the project was so daunting that many turned it down or just failed to get the project done to completion. This is why Nordia is my hero. She stepped up to the plate and not only filed my taxes, but gave me incredibly good advice and tools to make my bookkeeping and filing of taxes in the future painless and easy. Nordia handled all this during the Covid-19 lockdown! We had a quick 15 minute or so phone call for a consult. Nordia was very responsive and it was easy/automatic to schedule the phone consult. On the phone she was concise but very friendly, and let me know the process and exactly what to expect for future communications. She and her team continued to be responsive and easy to communicate with via email and their secure portal throughout the process. It was easy to upload my documents, and sign my return at the end. I haven't received my refund yet since I believe my return was just filed, but assuming that goes as expected, this was all around an incredibly easy and useful experience (also very happy with the amount of my return). Nordia's fees were very much in the middle to slightly low end of the range of the 5-6 other quotes I received for filing my individual tax return, which was great. Value and quality of her team's expertise, as well as their approachability and professionalism, is greatly appreciated!
