Yuri is outstanding! My refrigerator compressor broke and I called 12 companies who all couldn't replace it until Tuesday! (It was a Friday) Yuri arrived quickly and fixed the problem, saving me money on labor and food costs! I couldn't imagine having to throw out everything my family had stocked up on during these covid times. Yuri and team are wonderful! He's super honest and upfront in his price estimations and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you understand exactly what is happening and why.
I had a bevy of issues with three major appliances in my house all at once so it was quite a tall order of repairs/replacements. Yuri handled it all very well and was super flexible on scheduling appointments. Whenever he and his team arrived at my home, they were on time and took Covid safety seriously. They also had booties that they took on and off anytime they came into/out of the house; they really seem to care and the details show.
Pricing is entirely fair for the quality work they provide. Yuri is a solution-oriented technician and would be a great help to any appliance need! Will definitely keep him in my proverbial rolodex for any future needs.

Yuri was recommended by several people on Nextdoor. I did not call him when i needed a repair last time and I regretted that so when I had a leak from my refrigerator he was my first call. He managed to fit me into his schedule for the next morning, arrived on time (after texting he was on his way) and figured out the problem. He needed a part so he made an appointment to come back. He texted me about the cost of the part to get approval and then showed up right on time on the appointed time (after another text) and fixed the fridge. He was on time, clean, masked and polite and he is now my go to appliance repairman. I highly recommend him.

We needed someone to come in and diagnose a leak in our dishwasher. Yuri responded immediately on Yelp and came out the next day within the time window that he said he would. He repaired the dishwasher in short order, gave us some advice on how to keep it (and our garbage disposal) in working order and was on his way. Excellent support, great value.

Our dishwasher started acting up, and Yuri came to the rescue the very next morning! He did a thorough diagnosis of the problem, which can't even be fixed because the manufacturer no longer makes the part. I was sad to hear this, not because we have to buy a new dishwasher, but because we won't get to have him back to repair the broken one. I have never met a kinder, more genuine repairman in all the years we've lived in Malibu. Usually, we are on the lookout for scams and overcharges because of our address. with Yuri, it was exactly the opposite--I felt like he undercharged us for his time and care. I wish more people took the kind of pride in their work that he does. The world would be better for it. If you're looking for an honest, capable repair wizard, call Yuri. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. What a gem!
