- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in both the quality of our work and the level of care we give our clients. While we may not be the lowest (or highest) bid, our pricing reflects the attention, service, and follow-through we bring to every project—and our continued client referrals speak for themselves. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a Feasibility Study during Pre-Design. It helps us understand the site and the rules upfront, so there are no surprises later. Just as importantly, it gives you clear, hard-to-find information that helps you make confident decisions from day one. When we move into design, we listen carefully to what you want and how you plan to use the space. From there, we blend your vision with our knowledge of codes and agency requirements. As the layout and function get dialed in, the design naturally takes shape—and that’s usually where the best ideas happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 13 years of experience in the field, we’ve navigated many paths to great design. While every project brings new challenges, we approach them head-on, using each one as an opportunity to refine the work and grow our expertise.
