I wish could do 6 stars. I’ve never even BEEN to a party like the one Rita organized for me, much less thrown one. Every aspect, from the catering to the bartender and custom drinks, to the place settings and backdrop were perfect. I was courting a couple of different party planners, but I hired Rita because I noticed she measured the back yard for the tent. Rita chatted with me in the beginning and figured out my tastes quickly. I trusted her judgment for a lot of things and was not disappointed. The guests couldn’t believe what they were seeing. The many vendors who Rita hired for the party were extremely professional and competent. This includes the bartender, who also helped clean throughout the party, passed out champagne for toasts and brought drinks to people’s seats. I was told by many guests that she was the best bartender they had ever seen. The tent and lighting setup was done very well and the workers were super careful and considerate with our delicate Japanese plants. Another thing that really impressed me was that I would call Rita and rattle off whatever thoughts were on my mind, and she remembered all of the ideas and executed them. This was truly the best, most decadent and amazing party EVER. We will be talking about it for years to come.
