I needed to get my roof stained but it was a pretty big job, my home is 2 stories ,about 3000sqft plus 28 solar panels up there. Joey builders handled everything even removed 8 of the panels before starting. They worked careful around the rest, made sure the finish was even and now the roof brand new. Very professional and easy to work with.

I had serious moisture problem in my attic and roof because of leaks. I called Joey Builders and honestly they did an awesome job. Quick diagnosis, great communication and a solid waterproofing fix. Since they finished, not a drop of water has come in and the peace of mind at home is on another level. Super recommended

We've been dealing with leaks for the past year. Started with one in the upstairs bedroom, then another in the hallway, then the kitchen ceiling started staining. At that point we knew patching wasn't going to cut it anymore. Joey Builders confirmed what we already suspected, the roof was done. It's a two-story house so not a small job, but they gave us a straightforward quote. Demo day was loud. They stripped everything off in one morning, by the end of the second day, new roof was on. First rain after the install, I walked through the whole house checking ceilings, dry everywhere.Roof replacement is expensive but necessary.
