Just recently finished my project with Aeris 3 days ago and could not be happier. Jason was very responsive the whole time and gave me the best quote after comparing 3 other companies. I needed to replace my furnace and clean my ducts and they finished the whole job within one day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fairly priced meaning our prices are already much lower than the industry so we don't offer many discounts unless the customer is approved of them in an event that they are veterans, retired senior citizens, or students. We also provide discounts to community centers or owners of community centers or non profit organizations like charities or places of prayer!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with or engaging through email about the customers needs and requirements and discussing any fees if applicable we proceed to book an appointment for the customer at a time most convenient for them!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company owner is N.A.T.E certified with over 19 years of experience in the industry, and since we are family owned AND operated every job will run through the owners for approval, meaning you get the owners personal touch to every project!
