My AC in the living area was struggling to cool the space and I called HVAC in LA to come help me figure out whats wrong. Jacob came and diagnosed the issue quickly, was extremely professional and knowledgable and had all the latest diagnostic tools.He clearly explained to me that I had low levels of refrigerant in my system and that was causing the AC to undercool the living area. He added more refrigerant and now my AC is cooling the house again! While he was there, he also took the time to check over the performance of my bedroom AC and the overall system.My AC is now running great, thanks to his experience and dedication. I would recommend Jacob to anyone needing HVAC repairs or service.
