I had a problem with my HVAC , and found Allen W. On Reseda nextdoor. I texted Allen. He answered almost immediately. Came quickly to check my AC unit. Accurate diagnostic. He then went to get the parts to change, came back. changes them, and made sure it was working. Then he checked the level of refrigerant. It was low. He went to get some. Came back, filled it up. He told me then he'll be back in One hour to make sure all was working . And he saved me a trip to home depot to buy a new filter. So 4 trips to complete the job. Very professional and knowledgeable and a very reasonable price. He texted me later to check again. All done in less than 3 hours. A very caring and conscientious person. Claire.
