David Krigman has various skills that can really help people. One of them is he’s a good communicator and teacher - and he’s also warm hearted and kind and trustworthy. But the others are that he is amazingly fluent when he gets into one’s computer. He knows where to find things and he fixed a bunch of things that I was really struggling with, with my new computer. One of them was the information concerning my warranty. HP was always warning me that I was not under warranty, but I was really not able to figure out why and David Krigman not only found all the important numbers, but he also dealt with the personnel at Hewlett-Packard for me. They went back-and-forth and he finally fixed it or they fixed it together which felt like a big relief because it was a new computer and I wanted to be under warranty! Another thing he was able to do was to figure out why the cursor kept jumping around and why paragraphs, and sometimes an entire document were deleted without my wanting that to happen. He turned something off, and I had even taken this problem to Best Buy’s geek squad, which has always worked really well for me, but the guy there was not able to fix this. David Krigman was able to and it was a big deal for me. He also is planning to teach me how to operate more of the new programs that my computer has which for me is very good because I’m 75 years old and I’m not on the job or in school. I don’t have another person to teach me. He also updated another computer from the older windows to the new one, and he installed all kinds of computer protections for Wi-Fi and hacking so that now I can go to Starbucks and go online and not be afraid that someone’s going to get in to my computer, God forbid. He also got me onto the cloud, which was a good thing because I am writing a longer document and I didn’t want to have it lost, if anything should happen to my machine. His rates are very reasonable and he’s also willing to be available when you need him.
