You are BLESSED to have Jess !!
She radiates warmth and positivity, she has a natural way with animals like "the animal whisperer," (She grew up with them her whole life, and has a passion for them, which is evident.)
She also has the natural facility to instantly read your animal's energy and adapt her energy and actions to their nature and needs. i.e. with a timid/older animal she is very gentle and honors their slower/low-key pace, but with a young/rambunctious animal she can be upbeat and run around with them.
I was amazed how quickly our usually reserved and cautious dog took to her. He's a great judge of character and energy, so I know she's really special.
And on the business end, she's the most easygoing and sweet person to deal with.
