I want to thank you for sending a wonderfully knowledgeable, thorough, and great customer service plumber to my home in the hollywood hills. Ivan diagnosed the shower problem and was able to effectively remedy it, finding an interim solution and ultimately returning to my home to completely fix it 3 days later.

We didn’t end up needing plumbing services, but we only know that because Ivan was honest and clear. After a quick response, he made an appointment with us, called when he was on his way, and showed up on time. He quickly realized that we only needed to order a replacement part to fix the low-pressure issue with our kitchen faucet. And despite the 30 minute drive out here, there was no charge for the service call. We didn’t end up needing them since time, but when the next plumbing issue inevitably crops up, Andrade will be my first call.
