I was renting out this gorgeous arch for my birthday. I had a great experience with the setting up and the quality was fantastic. I had great customer service while communicating with the people who set up the arch. The pictures look amazing and everyone was in awe.

She was very responsive throughout the planning process, communicated well, and was always polite and pleasant to work with, which I truly appreciated. The balloons were also delivered/set up on time and the colors worked nicely with my grandson’s theme. I do want to be honest, though, that the finished setup was more basic than I expected based on what we had discussed, particularly the outdoor entrance. I had envisioned a fuller, more styled entrance installation, and the final result didn't quite reflect what I thought I was purchasing. The indoor balloon setup was nice, but overall I expected a little more detail and impact for the investment. I appreciate her professionalism and responsiveness, and I think it's important to acknowledge those positives while also being honest that the final execution didn't completely meet my expectations.

Hi Amy, thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you were happy with our communication, responsiveness, timing, and the indoor setup. I’m sorry to hear that the final result did not fully meet your expectations. I would just like to clarify the scope of the project for future reference. We reduced the total price to $500 to accommodate your budget. This included a custom-designed and printed banner featuring your grandson’s photo, the indoor balloon installation, setup, and we also provided the banner stand for you to keep at no additional charge. Regarding the outdoor entrance, during our planning we agreed that you would be decorating the entrance yourself and that we would simply add a small amount of balloons there. A fuller outdoor installation was not included in the revised $500 package. We always want our clients to love their events, and I wish you had let me know that you wanted a more elaborate entrance so we could have discussed adding that to the package. We put a lot of care into creating Noah’s personalized setup and truly hoped to make his 13th birthday special. Thank you again for trusting us with his celebration.
