Chimney Brothers are excellent. Use them! We booked them through Thumbtack. The process was quick and worked perfectly. They called on the morning of the 3 p.m. scheduled appointment day and asked if it would be convenient if they came earlier. It was, and Yuval arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. A real gentleman. Our automatic fireplace starter was not working. Literally within a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem, explained it to us clearly and fixed it. The device now works as it should. We also asked his advice about installing a system in the fireplace to direct heated air into the living room. He said that because of the size of the room, the system would not offer enough heat to make it worth the cost of installation. When we were ready to pay for his services, he said it didn’t take him much time, and that there would be no charge. These are people you should trust to help with your chimney problems.

Incredible service, reasonable price. I thought I was just getting a quote, but it turned out they had all the materials necessary and were cheaper than anything else I was seeing online. After agreeing on a price, they had my gas fireplace logs and ingniter installed in about 40 minutes. Will definitely use again.
