Eli was a fantastic contact. Always responsive and happily worked on what turned out to be a multi part project over the span of several weeks. These guys know how to service fire pits in addition to fire places. They determined that the igniter on my propane fire pit wasn’t working and taught me a simple way to light it manually, to avoid a costly repair. They are honest and professional.
