Eli is fantastic and I highly recommend Pacific Fireside. He was prompt, clean, and got our fireplace repaired and working with no surprises. He inspected our chimney and provided an estimate on Sunday and had the work completed on Thursday. Thanks again for your help, Eli!

These guys know how to service fire pits in addition to fire places. They determined that the igniter on my propane fire pit wasn’t working and taught me a simple way to light it manually, to avoid a costly repair. They are honest and professional.

Contacted Pacific Fireside for inspection and cleaning. They provided multiple availability based on my schedule. Ben; the technician showed up ontime and performed a through inspection. Showed me the photos and the report. During the conversation he was very polite, professional, and factual. I asked them to perform couple additional tasks that I’ve been delinquent on. They came back after ordering the product and performed the work above and cleaning inside. Ben and Edilson did an excellent job. I’m definitively recommending them/Pacofoc Fireside.
