Fred is the real deal. The years of experience show in his expert opinion with the project at hand. I expected to demo a patio due to some roof damage but he was able to inspect and offer a repair option that would keep the structural integrity of the patio. He is practical and responsive. Looking forwand to working with him on future home projects.

our pricing is always customized based on the scope and details of each project.
every home is different, and so is every renovation , addition, junk removal ,adu, bath and kitchen or new construction.
we take the time to understand your goals, materials, and design prefrences before providing a detailed transparent estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when a customer call, we get all the info about the desire project then, we schedule a time for a free in home consultation.
after the consultation we provide a detail proposal for the project.
