In addition we do Commercial T.I., Retail, Restaurants, Clubs and production Rooms/ Mixing Booths. We offer Design Build services and open book contracts with a flat fee. We have background in Architecture and work closely with clients as a team to be efficient in decision making and timely response, to complete the build, in a timely manner. We understand Structural integrity and detailing which help exercise detailing and problem solving in process, very efficiently. We love the industry, design and the build process. We enjoy working with all types of clientele to help guide the process through finish product. Most of all we enjoy a BBQ with our clients when the project is complete.

Hired Imbuia Construction for remodeling work for a rental property I bought in Tarzana. Was generally apprehensive about the costs involved and whether I was going to get honest answers from the contractor. Warren and his crew were nothing but professional. Not only did they finish the project ontime, they actually came in under the initial budget I thought I was going to have to spend. Wish all construction companies provided this kind of hassle free work.
