Unfortunately we recently needed to redo our pool tile & plaster. Fortunately, thanks to excellent other reviews, we found Moda. Steve was very honest and helpful from start to finish, I really appreciated his patience, generosity and kindness throughout. Jose and the demo team were awesome, especially as it turned out to be more work than expected. Carlos did a great job on the tile, the plasterers were something to behold, and Allen has been fantastic for the startup & filter replacement needs to get us back in action. Moda turned an unpleasant reality into the best we couldve hoped for, since they had reasonable prices, excellent customer service and caring, responsible workers at every stage. (Its rare to find that combo in one place.) Well definitely be calling them again for our outdoor repair and building needs.

I hired Moda to professionally remove 2300 sq ft of concrete 4 inches thick. It was a parking lot and driveway. They arrived on time, and worked consistently until it was all removed. A total of 5 truckloads of cement was broken down and hauled away from my property. It was such a relief to have it done in a day.

Elan at Moda was able to help me complete a 865sqft concrete slab rebar project during our ADU build. He was very professional and gave us a great value for the work that was completed. It was difficult because of rainy weather, time, and labor needed, but we were able to pull it off, pass our inspections, and complete the work within the promised amount of time. I would recommend Moda for any construction needs. They are definitely one of the better guys out there doing quality work as promised. Would definitely rehire again for more work or other projects. And for sure recommend to family and friends.
