Elan and Moda outdoor living did a hell of a job on my backyard in Carson ca and replastering my pool and spa .. I recommend them to do your construction especially backyard .. Totally happy and not expensive as I thought it would be .. .. 5 stars

This is an update to my previous review. After discussing my issues with Ilan he listened to my concerns and immediately went to work to satisfy me. He upgraded the dg ground material; moved the pavers to the original position and replaced the inferior borders. During the whole process Ilan was in frequent contact with me, completed the job as promised and he also gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Big ups to Moda Builders for ensuring that I was completely satisfied with their work, making it easy to recommend them for a landscaping project

Moda was fantastic in building a backyard basketball court for my kids. They came and provided a reasonable estimate, began working shortly thereafter, kept me informed every step of the way, and were highly responsive via text. They also really cared about the result. They checked in throughout the process to see if I was happy and when the basketball hoop was off-center do to issues in where the holes were drilled in the actual product, they offered to re-drill the holes and fix it. I had never done any kind of renovation or home improvement project before but this was such a simple and pleasant experience I'm already planning on working with them again.

I highly recommend working with Moda Outdoor Living!! We used them for the end-to-end, ground-up design and installation for our front and back yards, which included a new pool, paver installation (walkways, front and back patios and driveway), landscaping (including artificial turf) and outdoor lighting. When we were looking at companies, I wasn’t necessarily looking for the cheapest — I’m very picky and really wanted the best work, but also at a reasonable cost. Moda Outdoor Living delivered on both! We liked working with them so much that our next door neighbors are about to break ground on a new pool with them, and I have passed their info on to multiple neighbors!
