I hired Moda to professionally remove 2300 sq ft of concrete 4 inches thick. It was a parking lot and driveway. They arrived on time, and worked consistently until it was all removed. A total of 5 truckloads of cement was broken down and hauled away from my property. It was such a relief to have it done in a day.

Moda was fantastic in building a backyard basketball court for my kids. They came and provided a reasonable estimate, began working shortly thereafter, kept me informed every step of the way, and were highly responsive via text. They also really cared about the result. They checked in throughout the process to see if I was happy and when the basketball hoop was off-center do to issues in where the holes were drilled in the actual product, they offered to re-drill the holes and fix it. I had never done any kind of renovation or home improvement project before but this was such a simple and pleasant experience I'm already planning on working with them again.

Elan at Moda was able to help me complete a 865sqft concrete slab rebar project during our ADU build. He was very professional and gave us a great value for the work that was completed. It was difficult because of rainy weather, time, and labor needed, but we were able to pull it off, pass our inspections, and complete the work within the promised amount of time. I would recommend Moda for any construction needs. They are definitely one of the better guys out there doing quality work as promised. Would definitely rehire again for more work or other projects. And for sure recommend to family and friends.

Elan and Moda outdoor living did a hell of a job on my backyard in Carson ca and replastering my pool and spa .. I recommend them to do your construction especially backyard .. Totally happy and not expensive as I thought it would be .. .. 5 stars
