We bought a fixer-upper home that required a significant amount of work (kitchen, moving walls, bathroom renovations, etc.). Danny has been thoughtful throughout the entire process providing guidance not only on the aesthetics of the renovations, but really touching on the nuts and bolts of the house (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to make sure we don't have to make significant repairs in the near future. Danny also has been great working with the different people and companies involved getting a fair price for quality goods on cabinetry, flooring, and demo work. We also really appreciate the consistent and timely communication and invoicing structure from Danny and the My Home Builders team via text or phone as the project moves forward. We're so excited to build our dream home with Danny, and My Home Builders help!

We always encourage our customers to get multiple bids so they can compare apples to apples. As a design-build firm we help homeowners to design the project to fit to their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we completed the on-site walkthrough we will immediately start work on finalizing the design and the scope so we can provide you with a clear scope of work and proposal for your project. We will guide you throughout the process and provide you with the schedule for the project. Your project manager will give you constant updates and will make sure that the project runs smoothly and within the schedule.
