We were overwhelmed after major water damage, but Arie at The Oak Development showed up fast and helped us build a plan. He walked us through every insurance step and stayed involved the entire time. Truly dependable and reassuring during a tough moment.
The Oak Development's reply
Thank you for trusting The Oak Development during such a difficult situation. We know water damage can feel overwhelming, so it means a lot to hear that Arie’s guidance and communication helped bring some clarity to the process.

After a pipe burst, our house was a complete mess and we honestly didn't know where to start. Someone in a facebook group recommended The Oak Development, and they showed up quickly, looked everything over, and immediately started helping us make a plan. Arie who’s the owner worked directly with us through the insurance process, answered questions whenever we had them, and made sure things kept moving when it felt like everything had stalled. There were days when we were completely stressed out, but he always made us feel like someone was looking out for us. He never disappeared after getting the job like some contractors do. Looking back, I don't know how we would've gotten through that situation without him.
The Oak Development's reply
Thank you so much for a review, Matthew. We are glad we were able to help you and your family.

After a pipe burst left our home destroyed, The Oak Development stepped in and immediately brought order to the chaos. Arie guided us through insurance, kept communication clear, and never once disappeared. His support made a stressful situation manageable.
The Oak Development's reply
We truly appreciate your kind words. When a home is damaged, clear communication and follow-through matter just as much as the construction work itself. We’re grateful you trusted Arie and The Oak Development to help you through it.

This was our first major home renovation, so we were pretty overwhelmed in the beginning. The team at The Oak Development was incredibly patient and walked us through every step without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. The project manager even met us at a couple of stores to help us pick out our kitchen appliances and flooring because we had no idea what would work together. That level of help was way beyond what we expected from a contractor. The finished kitchen turned out beautiful, and the whole experience was actually enjoyable thanks to him.
The Oak Development's reply
Thank you for taking the time to share this. We know how stressful these projects can be, and we’re grateful our team was able to help you feel supported from start to finish. It means a lot that you trusted The Oak Development during such a difficult time.

The Oak development remodeled two bathrooms for us, and everything went exactly the way they said it would. The job was actually finished a few days earlier than expected, and the final cost matched the original estimate down to the dollar. No unexpected charges, no excuses, just solid work and great communication. The Oak crew showed up when they said they would and cleaned up every day before leaving. We'd hire him again without thinking twice.
The Oak Development's reply
Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad the bathroom remodels were completed smoothly, on schedule, and with the communication you expected. The Oak Development team appreciates your trust and would be happy to work with you again.
