Roi and the team at RnD Builders completely transformed our home. We did a full remodel including kitchen, three bathrooms, and even a 500 sq ft addition - and they handled everything seamlessly from plans to completion. Danielle nailed the design and Roi managed the entire project with care and professionalism. Communication was great, timelines were clear, and we always felt like we were in good hands. The end result is stunning, it feels like we’re living in a brand new custom home. Huge thanks to the whole crew!

I hired RnD Builders to remodel my home and couldnt be happier with the results. They remodeled three bathrooms, a kitchen, and installed new flooring. The team was professional, punctual and communicative from start to finish.All three bathrooms were modernized with beautiful tile work; which was precise and attention to detail excellent. They opened the kitchen into the family room creating a large open area. The new cabinets and quartzite countertops are now up to date. The new flooring ties the spaces together. It was installed quickly with minimal disruption.Their professionalism was greatly appreciated. Timelines were realistic and changes were handled efficiently. Any small issues were addressed promptly and courteously. Danielle was always available for design consultation, which was greatly appreciated. RnD helped me with my townhouse remodel earlier this year, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future!A major scope of work for my place included a redesign of the master bathroom/closet layout, which required moving walls/doors with associated permitting/demo/reframing/drywall, building a fully custom shower including a bench, niche, full tile walls and glass enclosure, and all the associated electrical/plumbing chnages. RnD also replaced outdated carpet with engineered wood flooring on my stairwell and second floor, designed/installed metal railing, and helped modernize several rooms with recessed lights and ceiling fans.Roi, Danielle, and all of the contractors from the RnD team were transparent from the beginning to talk through my vision, provide honest feedback and opinions to guide me along the way, and friendly to work with. Costs were fair, and everything was discussed ahead of time without surprises as the project progressed. Overall quality and workmanship was great.This work was completed in the first half of this year, and although I'm late to writing this review, I'm happy to report I'm still thrilled with my remodel and the work RnD did 7 months in!

Our prices are fair and competitive. Pricing includes material and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a meeting at the property. Asking all the proper questions so we can provide with an estimate. We do a walk through around the perimeter to check for any damages. Then, we explain the scope of work and provide any other information the customer may need including the cost of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the home improvement industry for over 11 years, we became very good at what we do because we're very passionate about remodeling and changing peoples lives for better.
